The grinders assembled on the first positions of the squaring machine are the most important, they determine the productivity of the line, as, it is in these positions, that takes place the maximum material's removal.

Made by combining and assembling 2 wheels suitable for heavy squaring or roughing, in a single body, it is able to remove a larger amount of material than standard wheels while keeping the "measure" constant and, therefore, avoiding continuous adjustments to the operator.
The structure of the grinding wheel consists of an external turbo wheel with inclined sectors and a grinding wheel fixed inside, again in inclined sectors with outlets that form a star.
The design of the exhausts engraved on the bands has been studied to obtain the maximum removal by eliminating the risk of breakage in the first positions of the squaring machine and also allows a controlled milling without chipping.
The presence of the exhausts allows the grinding wheel to work at a constant temperature, without overheating, which allows the squaring machine to maintain a stable and continuous cutting measure over time.
The constant working temperature avoids abnormal thermal expansions causes of variations in the cutting size, forcing the operators to continuously adjust the position of the grinding wheels.
Another strong point of the Biturbo is the quantity of abrasive much higher than any other wheel and this, allows it, to reach a duration of 2 and a half times compared to any other metal dry-wheel.
Its duration, clearly superior compared to the competitors, and the continuity of cutting at constant size, made the Biturbo as the grinding wheel with the highest yield and, consequently, a working cost per m2 much lower than the other grinders on the market.
Furthermore, the very high removal capacity allows it to overcome any sudden tile size change in excess without problems, guaranteeing continuity of work.

It adapts very well to squaring machines that work slabs on the long side at very high speed, on machines with 3 modules, 2 of those dedicated to machine the long side, which normally exceed the speed of 63 m/min. where overheating and high wear of the grinding wheels, represent a problem, for constant adjustments and consequent machine downtime.
Even on the squaring of material with a thickness higher than 10 mm, the Biturbo is the best solution and guarantees a continuous cut.
